1. Introduction

Welcome to Iceland on Wheels. By using our website and services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.
• Payments are required at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to external factors.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation fees are based on the scheduled departure time:

• 10+ days before departure: Full refund (excluding processing fees).
• 7-10 days before departure:
  • 10th day (240+ hrs): Free cancellation.
  • 9th day (216-240 hrs): 10% cancellation fee.
  • 8th day (192-216 hrs): 30% cancellation fee.
  • 7th day (168-192 hrs): 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.

Refunds (after GST & processing fee deductions) will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Travel Policies

• Weather Conditions: In case of extreme weather, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
• Punctuality: Arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Luggage Allowance: 1 carry-on & 1 checked bag per passenger; extra luggage fees may apply.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry valid ID or passports during travel.
• Misconduct or property damage may result in removal without a refund.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the trip.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is used only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Legal & Disclaimers

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during travel.
• All disputes shall be governed by Icelandic law.
